These are “Our(Queen and Seven Streams)” terms of conditions that will govern all digital(non-physical) products and services.
Our terms and conditions are fairly simple.
“You”(meaning consumer, purchaser, customer, future owner of the digital non-physical product, and buyer) will be allowed to view digital(non-physical) product(s) first before purchasing them.
After viewing said digital(meaning non-physical) product and/or services “You”(meaning consumer, purchaser, future owner of the digital non-physical product, and buyer) agree or disagree that this digital(meaning non-physical) product and/or services met your expectation.
You further agree that this digital(meaning non-physical) product met your expectations by the exchange of monies(meaning the trade or exchange of physical monies, checks, or digital monies) for said digital(non-physical) product and or services.
Once transaction occurs(meaning the exchange or trade of physical monies, checks, or digital monies) for the digital(non-physical) product and/or services you are purchasing from “Us(Queen and Seven Streams)” “You”(meaning consumer, purchaser, future owner of the digital non-physical product, and buyer) acknowledge that the product met your expectation and that “You”(meaning consumer, purchaser, future owner of the digital non-physical product, and buyer) WAIVE ALL OF YOUR RIGHTS TO SUE.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL AT PURCHASE!
This means “YOU”(who is/are the consumer, purchaser, customer, future owner of the digital non-physical product, and buyer) own the digital(meaning non-physical) product when transaction occurs(meaning the trade or exchange of physical monies, checks, or digital monies).
No Refunds On Digital Products.
These digital products include:
- custom built websites
- e-books
- videos
- content or information purchase
- digital documents
- music
- images or photos
For refunds on all physical products, you will contact Bonfire at their refund exchange and return website. “We”(Queen And Seven Streams) do not hold any rights or ownership of the physical products.
We only hold the rights and ownership of the design, imagery, and artistry found on said physical products such as shirts, sweaters, hoodies, mugs or coffee cups, and notebooks.
